What are your Covid-19 Precautions?

I always make sure to wash my hands before, during and after our session. I avoid touching my face and nose. I will wear a mask. I get a weekly Covid-19 test from Walgreens to ensure I have not contracted it and am not passing it around. Once the vaccine is available, your girl will get it! If you have other preferences, please let me know and we will make it work!

What does the hourly rate include?

The hourly rate includes just myself on the job. Depending on the size of the project, your rate will include another team member. I respect your time and money, so projects are done in an efficient and time worthy manner.

Do you have to buy new bins and supplies to organize the space?

No way! I can organize any space with the items that you have, or we can organize your space with newly purchased supplies.

What can I put on tap?

Beer, wine, craft cocktails, kombucha or cold brew. If it can be put in a keg, I’LL TAP THAT!

Do I need a bartender?

No way, you already Called Kate – I am your licensed bartender! If you would like to have an additional bartender, I have you covered.

What do you mean when you say you are a dry hire bar cart?

That means you are hiring me to serve your libations, not sell it. I provide the service components - setup/breakdown, beverage coordination, bartending and bartending provisions. You provide your kegged libations. I am happy to help with keg coordination. 

What if I live outside of Indianapolis (46202)?

Just talk to me! Travel fees may apply to events greater than 30 miles from the metro-Indianapolis area (46202). 

What happens to my 50% deposit if I have to cancel or reschedule due to Covid-19?

Please just communicate with me. It is difficult to navigate these times, but if you are open and honest, we will find a solution. The 50% is nonrefundable, you can reschedule and apply that deposit to your future event. Always refer to your contract for specific cancellation details.

For how long is my quote accurate?

Pricing is valid for 60 days. Your date is held for 1 week with no deposit. If you want to hold your date, you must provide a 50% deposit.

How do I hold my date so no one else takes it?

The 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Until I have that deposit, your date is fair game. First come, first serve. If you are not able to put down the deposit and there is a secondary request for your date, I will let you know before I book to give you a chance to make your decision, you’ll have 24 hours from that time to decide.

When do I pay my remaining balance?

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
